Kyra minturn

 KyraMinturn, born 19th August 1965, is an American actress. She is best known for portraying the role of Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson (TVN crime drama The Closer). Sedgwick was awarded two Emmy Awards in 2010 and 2007 for her portrayal Johnson. The seventh season of the series concluded on August 13, 2012. Sedgwick is also famous for her part in Brooklyn Nine-Nine as Madeline Wuntch. Sedgwick received nominations for the Golden Globe award for her performance in Something to Talk About (1995). Sedgwick's roles in other films include Oliver Stone's Born to the Fourth of July (1989) and Cameron Crowe's singles (1992) The Heart and Souls(93), Phenomenon (1996) as well as What's Cooking (2000) and Secondhand Lions (2003). The Game Plan (2007) and The Possession (2012). Sedgwick was a New York City native, the daughter Patricia Rosenwald (nee Rosenwald) was an educator and family therapist and Henry Dwight Sedgwick VI as an investor in venture capital. Her mother was Jewish was of English and Episcopalian heritage. Sedgwick declares herself Jewish, and she has said that she participates in Passover seders.
